The Career Handoff™ is 12 weeks of individualized coaching built on a framework you already trust: SBAR. Your Situation, your Background, your honest Assessment, and then the part that changes everything: the Roadmap. Because this time, you're writing the orders.
This is not a course you watch. It's you and your coach, working on your actual career at its actual size. Whether that's a specialty change, a leap into leadership, a business you keep almost starting, or the exit you've been quietly planning in the parking lot.
What's inside:

1:1s = Your standing sessions with your coach. Same time, same face, every week. The appointment where your career is the patient.

Consults = When your plan needs a specialist, we call one. Want the real story on travel nursing? Your coach brings in the coach who's lived it. You get one guide and a whole collective behind her.

Group programming = Cohort sessions with the other 11, because a plan moves faster with witnesses.

The Debrief = Your final session. We review what happened, what you learned, and what you're carrying into the next chapter. Every good handoff ends with one.
We cap it at 12 because this is a 1:1 assignment, not a lecture hall. When spots are gone, they're gone.

The Huddle™ is our group-only coaching program: a small crew of nurses working the same process together, led by a NextShift coach.
One nurse's specialty-change question becomes your leadership answer. Someone else's "I finally said it out loud" becomes your permission slip. This is coaching powered by the one thing nursing got right: Nurses show up for each other.
Rounds are built in. Recurring check-ins where we walk together through each individual shift: What moved, what's stuck, what needs attention before it becomes a problem. Progress gets measured here, not assumed. Coaching with a chart, not just a feeling.
