You've been in a thousand huddles: quick, focused, everybody in the circle, then you break and go. That's exactly what this is...for your career. The Huddle is our group-only coaching program: a small crew of nurses working the same process together, led by a NextShift coach. One nurse's specialty-change question becomes your leadership answer. Someone else's "I finally said it out loud" becomes your permission slip. This is coaching powered by the one thing nursing got right: Nurses show up for each other. Rounds are built in: recurring check-ins where we walk the group case by case, what moved, what's stuck, what needs attention before it becomes a problem. Progress gets measured here, not assumed.
